Grade students get iPads

Kenmare school board members got their hands on the district’s new iPads Monday night during their regular January meeting as staff members DeVonne Hanson, Tami McNeiley and Terese Skjordal discussed plans for the $100,000 the school received as a competitive federal Title IID grant to enhance education through technology.

Kenmare Coyote Tournament starts Friday

The much-anticipated annual Kenmare Coyote Tournament, hosted by the Kenmare Fire Department, begins Friday, January 14th, as teams gather to plan their strategies and prepare for the actual hunt, which takes place Saturday, January 15th.

Public invited to Mahlum Benefit on Sunday

Several Kenmare friends and former KHS classmates have encouraged Bob and Angie Mahlum as the couple has faced Bob’s kidney disease and years of dialysis. Now, with Bob’s recent surgeries, those friends and classmates are stepping up their level of support and sponsoring the Bob and Angie Mahlum Benefit on Sunday, January 16th.
