Planning & Zoning

Kenmare Planning & Zoning meets the first Monday of every month to approve any building permits and zoning inquires. For building permits and building inspections, the City of Kenmare contracts with Ward County. All paperwork and questions you may have may be directed to their office. 

The fees for building and alteration permits are $4.50 per $1,000 per the estimated construction costs.
