Nothing brings out small town pride quite like the annual homecoming parade rolling through Kenmare! Main Street lights up in maroon and gold as the whole community comes together to show off their Honker spirit. The high school classes go all-out in a fierce float competition, spending days secretly turning trailer beds into creative, spirit-filled masterpieces. Not to be outdone, local businesses join right in with their own decorated trucks, tractors, and customized floats. With kids scrambling for handfuls of candy, and generations of alumni lining the sidewalks, it's a timeless rural North Dakota tradition that proves home is always where the Honkers are!
